My overall Kappas were low due to additional questions in my screening that were not required for the calculation. When I manually adjusted based on the relevant questions, I ended up with a Kappa of .54 on title and abstracts and .59 on full-text review.
Based on a large review of 8285 total articles that needed screening. There were a total of 148 conflicts or 1.79%. I suspected the Kappa value was going to be higher. I am wondering if you could offer some insights into the value of this Kappa value and the significance of the percentages currently calculated at .54 and .59.
