Dash in Accounting of Excluded Articles Level 2 Screening (60/59)

Postby chull357 » Mon Apr 29, 2019 11:57 am

Hello,
I am observing a dash in the number of articles screened at level 2 main where the number of exclusions is noted to be 60/59. The summation of articles within each subcategory adds up to 60. However, 60 articles instead of 59 would make one more article than the number of articles uploaded into the system (after tallying the # of included and excluded articles). Has anyone had this problem? If so, any recommendation for areas to check? I cannot find a duplicate exclusion reference. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

If you access our online user guide (question mark icon located at the top of the screen). Scroll to the Reports section and to the Exclusion reports, under the Elements of the Screen – Exclusion Numbers section, take a look at the Answer exclusions and Exclusions order definition. This should provide you with the required information.

Cheers

Hi Henry- it appears that the question mark icon directs you to the FAQ for the forum itself. Would you mind directing me to a different link to the user guide? Thank you

Hi,

Can I confirm that you are clicking on the question mark icon from the DistillerSR application? If so, can you tell me what type of account you have (Student, Academic, etc).

Thanks in advance
