Hi. How do I delete my account?

Hi Megan,

You currently have your license purchase set to Auto-renew. You will need to turn that off via the Users -- manage licenses menu option.

Once your current license expires and you do not renew. your account will no longer be accessible.

I think there is something wrong with my account because I get the following in that menu:
Student Monthly

1 (1 license for 1 month avail.)

N/A

N/A

You will be able to activate this product once your student credentials have been confirmed.

Hi,

I think there is something wrong with my account when I try to log in the following appears:

1) current products n/a
2) custom products n/a
3) Standard products a) starter b) professional c) enterprise


The last 3 days I cannot access my project. I have emailed the evidence partners 3 days ago and I have not received any reply. It is really urgent to access my project as I have a deadline and also my student free subscription expires on the 9th of December.

hi Maria,

You should be able to login again, however, your license was expired on Nov 9, 2018, not December 9, 2018. Which is what I suspect was causing your troubles here.

Once you login, you will be directed to the license purchase screen where you can purchase a new license.

Hi Henry,

Thank you for your response. I have received an email from evidence partners on the 24th of October stating that my subscription was to expire on the 23rd of November. They offered if i wanted to extend it for one more month which they did, so it has been extended till the 9th of December. Would you like me to attach the email to confirm it too?
