Hello,
My account is not letting me enable another user to screen on a project. We both have student plus (paying $15/month) and the info on student plus says that other student plus users can collaborate, so not sure what's happening. Any help would be really appreciated!

Hi,
At the current time, each student plus account is separate from all other accounts. Different student plus users cannot see or access another student plus account.
In order to collaborate, you can submit a request to our support team and provide the name of the Project and the user name of this other Student plus account and we can get them associated to your project.
