Dual entries showing in report

I just created a report that has each reference listed twice. Any ideas?

This is likely because you have your project setup for dual screening, and have the report set to output all data. As a result, Distiller will export both rows of data, 1 row for each review.

If all the responses are identical, what you can do is (in the same report) go to the Advanced Options tab, in the Merging Options, select a Merge Data option. This will merge both rows of data into one row provided all responses are identical.
